Radiance Hair came to us at a loss with their previous agency, their existing website was stale and no longer generating engagement or bookings and their ads were lacking direction or strategy.
What we did
We started by rebranding and redesigning their website, improving userbility by adding clear signposting and CTA’s to book, and bringing their luxury salon feel online. We worked on a new social media advertising strategy that incorporated their more premium services such as Nanoplasty and focused on targeting higher end business ladies. We all so ran multiple competitions promoting new luxe products and services.
The result
In 6 months Radiance have seen a huge uplift on website traffic. They have generated profit from sales of in-salon product directly from competitions and received a huge engagement through ads. We are continuously working and improving their strategy and look forward to more great results in the new year.
