How long will it take to complete my package?
Normally it takes from 2 to 6 weeks to complete a website design and build however this depends on the package you have chosen and the scope of work. We will always try to give you an estimated deadline however sometimes factors that slow work down can be out of our control.
What happens after everything has launched and the website is live?
After the website has launched we will ensure your website remains updated and functional, with monthly website backups, plugin updates, as well as an additional 3 hours of website updates of your choice per month to images and copy where needed, as part of your on-going maintenance plan.
What slow downs the website development process?
We’ve found that usually the biggest delay comes from the client. As you’re busy preparing for the launch of your business you have a lot to worry about, while we do have processes in place to make communication with you easy and efficient, we will eventually need some of your input.
